We hope our graphics and fonts bring fun and function to your creations.

The license is for one user only and cannot be shared or transferred.

Please do not take the original files of this download to distribute, copy, resell, or post to the internet or any type of shared drive.

The contents of this download are creative property of Wee Can Learn and SilverKaze Creations and protected by copyright law.

Note: This DOES NOT apply to graphics, fonts, and elements that are incorporated into Wee Can Learn EDUCATIONAL PRODUCTS, as Wee Can Learn does not own the rights to such elements. Graphics, fonts, and elements are not to be extracted from Wee Can Learn EDUCATIONAL PRODUCTS and used outside of our files without permission or license.

Personal Use Terms

You are free to use our graphics and fonts for any personal or single classroom uses, including lesson planning, décor, scrapbooking, or other personal crafts and projects.

Commercial Use Terms

You may use our graphics and fonts to sell educational resources, provided that you abide by the following:

• Create a new, original resource with a clear instructional element, where graphics/fonts complement rather than are the main or standalone component.
  • For example, you cannot create coloring pages where the graphics are isolated on the page; however you may use our graphic to create a color by code worksheet that is supplemented by an educational element.
• Protect our designs and your investment in our artwork by flattening and securing PDF files or flattening JPG or PNG images.
• Provide credit to Wee Can Learn and Silver Kaze Creations by:
  1. providing a link to our TPT store: https://www.teacherspayteachers.com/Store/Wee-Can-Learn/Category/Clip-Art-ALL-GRAPHICS-614676
  2. including any version of our store logo/button, which can be obtained via:
     • our free terms of use listing on Teachers Pay Teachers or
     • this Dropbox folder
       

Please do not use our graphics/fonts in:

• graphic design products for commercial resale, such as on platforms like Zazzle, Vistaprint, etc
• digitized embroidery

If you sell your own clip art and fonts, please do not use our images or fonts for any related purpose, including but not limited to:

• creating new graphics, clip art, borders, digital papers, fonts, etc.
• promoting your clip art and fonts such as in social media posts, listing images, etc.

If you also sell lesson materials, you may use our graphics/fonts in your regular educational resources.
