What's Included in This Printable Resource
This fun play dough mat offers multiple ways for students to practice each sight word:
- Build it: a fun, hands-on way for students to reinforce the word by forming letters with play dough.
- Trace it: see and write over the letters in two ways, within an outline of the word, and again on a primary writing line.
- Write it: then students can try writing the word on their own, first within letter boxes and again on a primary writing line.
- Read it: each set includes the same 10 words in mixed order so students practice reading multiple sight words and finding the correct one.
- Find letters: Identify the letters that are in the sight word by coloring, dabbing, or using a manipulative to cover the letters.
